They have a team of over 80 experienced trial lawyers represents high-caliber clients in sophisticated legal matters, with a strong focus on financial services disputes.
Job Description
- Manage trial records and oversee all case logistics from start to finish on billion-dollar disputes.
- Develop and execute case strategies under partner guidance, supervising junior associates, paralegals, and legal analysts.
- Attend all client meetings and act as a primary point of contact alongside partners.
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and serve as second chair at trial, examining witnesses.
- Lead communication with co-counsel, maintaining professionalism in complex relationships.
- Drive practice development initiatives with the goal of building your own book of business and progressing toward partnership.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, ideally in financial services disputes.
- Track record of handling sophisticated legal matters for high-profile clients.
- AmLaw 50 firm experience and/or a federal clerkship is a plus.
- Strong desire for courtroom experience and leadership in case management.
