At this juncture, they are seeking an experienced Manager, Architecture to join their team. As the Manager, Architecture, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s vision through your architectural expertise. 

Job Description

• Lead and supervise a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers, offering guidance and support to effectively achieve project objectives.
• Organize and oversee the production of construction drawings, including shop drawing submissions and approvals, to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including consultants, sub-contractors, and operation teams, to facilitate seamless progress at construction sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related matters, ensuring transparent communication and coordination among project participants.
• Conduct regular inspections and checks of architectural works on-site, monitoring work progress and quality to ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.
• Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles and implement corrective measures to maintain project progress within established budgets and schedules.
• Provide technical expertise in resolving architectural complexities and enhancing overall project success.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural processes, progress, and changes for internal reference and future projects.
• Uphold the company’s stringent standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all architectural activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum 6 years of relevant managerial experience overseeing high-value projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management within the field of architecture, boasting a remarkable track record of successful project completions in the construction sector.
• Display exceptional leadership and team management abilities, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Proficient in architectural software, BIM tools, and various construction-related applications.
• Possess a thorough comprehension of construction drawings, design principles, and building codes/regulations.
• Exhibit effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless interactions with diverse stakeholders.
