Job Description
- Independently manage complex commercial real estate lending transactions from inception through closing
- Draft and negotiate loan documentation for high-value deals (typically $100M+), including construction and mezzanine loans
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering practical and creative legal solutions
- Collaborate closely with partners and a skilled paralegal team in a fast-paced environment
- Advise on a broad range of lender-side transactions across the U.S., particularly in industrial and data center assets
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending
- Proven ability to independently run deals from start to finish
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership of work and client relationships
- Excellent communication and client management skills
