At Kairos Global Search, we have developed our 5-steps recruitment framework which can help to streamline the hiring process and ensure that the best candidate is selected for a position. Here’s our comprehensive recruitment framework in five steps:

Define Job Requirements
Via Detailed Job Brief:
We will get a concise job brief from our clients to define the job requirements and hiring expectations, including the role’s responsibilities, qualifications, and skills. Based on the concise job brief provided by our clients, we will meticulously analyze and translate their hiring expectations into a comprehensive job description.

Sourcing & Attracting Candidates:
Once we have gained clarity from our client job brief, we will leverage on our own AI-driven applications and Deep Learning that uses vast volumes of data and complex algorithms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, and at the same time, to simultaneously build and expand our in-house Candidate Database. This database serves as a valuable resource for future hiring needs, enabling us to tap into a pool of pre-screened candidates and significantly reduce time-to-hire for subsequent positions.

Screening and Selecting Candidates:
We will create a Candidate Shortlist after we have identified suitable candidates who meet the job requirements and expectations. Thereafter, we will conduct initial phone screens or video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. We may also leverage on assessments or tests, as applicable, to further evaluate candidates’ abilities.

Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates:
We will conduct in-person or virtual interviews to further assess candidates’ fit with the organization’s culture, values, and team dynamics. We will also ascertain the candidate’s motivation and their ability to contribute effectively to the role they are being considered for. During the interviews, we will carefully analyze their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience in relation to the job requirements.

Offer and Onboarding:
We will extend the job offer to the selected candidate, including details of compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment. Once the offer is accepted, we will assist our clients in facilitating the onboarding process, which includes completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation, and providing necessary training and resources for the new employee to succeed in their role.
