Right now, they are looking for a Head of Greater China Team. As the Head of Greater China Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the Private Banking business for their affluent clients from the Greater China region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of skilled private bankers, guiding them towards delivering exceptional financial services for their Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of experienced private bankers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee and nurture relationships with UHNW clients from Greater China, ensuring their financial objectives are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the team’s book size.
- Stay abreast of financial market trends and changes in regulations, providing timely insights to clients and the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as investment advisors and wealth management experts, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in private banking.
- Proven experience in managing UHNW clients from the Greater China region, with an in-depth understanding of their unique financial needs and preferences.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of high-performing professionals.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing business targets, particularly in terms of AUM and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
